Centre County Residential Flood Damage Reporting

Centre County experienced significant flooding and severe weather September 2nd into September 3rd. Several areas have been impacted, including homes, properties, roadways, and other infrastructure.

Centre County Emergency Management is asking residents whose homes or residential property were affected by the flooding and severe storms to report their damage. The Residential Self-Report form is now open for damage from the September 2–3 flooding and severe storms.

Report damage here:

When possible, please include photographs showing the damage. Your report will help emergency management officials assess the overall impact of the storm and support ongoing response, recovery, and damage assessment efforts.

Please remember: This form is intended for damage reporting only. If you are experiencing an immediate emergency or have a life-safety concern, call 9-1-1.
