Liberty Township Sewer Department requires the Homeowner to have a completed Sewer Line Inspection Form (attached) before closing on property being sold.

Homeowner is responsible to have the Sewer Line inspected.  In home inspection will consist of In-home inspection and (U & O) smoke test to check for possible problems.

Homeowner will also call Willie Biddle at: (570)-295-7061 for further instructions and to set up a time to come assist with the sewer line inspection.
